I always had long & strong nails that I loved to paint. That is until I hit the menopause. One of the unexpected symptoms was nails that refused to grow & pulled off in layers. I have always had very weak nails. For the past few years I've been having my nails done at salon. I decided to give them a break. Without the polish they were so painful and like paper, very damaged. See pics.
