Change of Address

If you need to change the shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.

 

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Order Tracking Page.

 

Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tryqlear.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been handed to a carrier.

 

Undeliverable, Refused, or Uncollected Packages

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a collection point, we reserve the right to charge the original shipping cost plus return shipping fees where applicable. If you would like the item re-sent, additional shipping fees will apply.

 

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@tryqlear.com. Provide your order number and any photos of the damaged packaging/items. We will investigate with the carrier and assist with a claim where appropriate.

 

Processing & Dispatch Exceptions

Occasionally, we may need additional verification for an order (for example, to prevent fraud). In such cases, dispatch may be delayed while we complete these checks. We will contact you at the email address used for your order if any such delay occurs.
