Order cutoff time: 6:00 PM GMT daily (orders placed before 6:00 PM GMT will begin processing the same business day; orders placed after 6:00 PM GMT will begin processing the next business day).
Please note: processing times are business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Delivery estimates (5–15 business days) refer to the carrier’s transit time and do not include order processing. During peak periods (such as Black Friday, Boxing Day, Christmas, or major sales), delivery times may be longer than the estimates above.
How We Ship
We work with trusted carriers for UK deliveries — primarily Royal Mail and DHL — to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Carrier selection depends on parcel size, weight, and the delivery address. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email to info@tryqlear.com that includes a tracking number. You can track your order at any time on our Order Tracking Page: https://tryqlear.com/apps/parcelpanel.
Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@tryqlear.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate address changes before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been handed to a carrier.
Undeliverable, Refused, or Uncollected Packages
If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect from a collection point, we reserve the right to charge the original shipping cost plus return shipping fees where applicable. If you would like the item re-sent, additional shipping fees will apply.
International Orders & Customs
Qlear primarily sells to the United Kingdom. If you place an order from outside the UK, please be aware that customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees may apply when the package arrives in the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost charged at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your tracking shows your parcel as delivered but you have not received it, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@tryqlear.com. Provide your order number and any photos of the damaged packaging/items. We will investigate with the carrier and assist with a claim where appropriate.
Processing & Dispatch Exceptions
Occasionally, we may need additional verification for an order (for example, to prevent fraud). In such cases, dispatch may be delayed while we complete these checks. We will contact you at the email address used for your order if any such delay occurs.
