Welcome to the Return Policy of Qlear! We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase of our Nourishing Nail Pen. However, due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain restrictions apply to returns.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for defective or damaged products.

Opened or used nail pens cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Returns
Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged Nourishing Nail Pens. To manage a return, please contact our customer service via info@tryqlear.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once you contact us, we will provide instructions on how to return the item. The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective items, for which we will provide a prepaid return label and reimburse return shipping costs.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned product, we aim to process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Return Conditions

Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all accessories included.

Used or opened products are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

Ensure the return shipment is well-packaged to avoid damage during transit.

If the product is damaged during transit, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.
3. Nourishing Nail Pen 90-Day Nail Growth Guarantee
Brittle, weak nails can be frustrating — and we don’t want money worries to add to the stress. That’s why we’re taking the risk for you. If you don’t see results with the Nourishing Nail Pen in 90 days, we’ll give you your money back.
We only ask you to follow 3 simple steps:
STEP 1 — Document your journey
Take a clear photo of your nails before you start, and then once every two week.
STEP 2 — Apply the pen daily
Use the Nourishing Nail Pen every single day. Consistency is what strengthens and heals brittle nails.
STEP 3 — Stick with it for 90 days (3 pens)
Use at least 6 Nourishing Nail Pens for 90 consecutive days. If you don’t see results and have followed the steps above, reach out to support@tryqlear.com with your bi-weekly images (start + each other week) and your order number, and we’ll issue a full refund.
Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays or damages during the transportation of returned items. Please inspect the package within 24 hours of receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues.
Return Method
We accept returns via mail only for defective or damaged products. For defective products, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all other returns.
Customs and Import Taxes
For orders outside of the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.
Address Changes
If you wish to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our customer service via info@tryqlear.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change, but we cannot guarantee this if the order has already been processed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or failure to collect from a collection point, we reserve the right to charge for return and reshipping costs.
